New Jersey native James C. McCusker, a.k.a. “Jimmy” or “Bruno,” has captured the hearts of many readers across the world with his passionate stories. Whether it’s one of his true-crime sagas, an erotic tale of romance or an exciting mystery, he never ceases to surprise with his famous plot twists in every chapter.

The complexity of his characters and their relatability to the reader provides an authenticity like no other. James C. McCusker was born in the summer of 1987 in Brigantine, New Jersey, a pleasant community just north of Atlantic City. Since the age of 8, Jimmy has not been able to put down the pen. To this day, he continues to write at his home with his wife and family by his side.
Family and Community
James has been married for the last four years to his wonderful wife, Adrienne. Together, they have one daughter, Aileena. They currently reside in Ocean County, New Jersey. They love to work out, go to the beach and spend time with family and friends.
Charity
James is a big advocate of Reach Out and Read - a national early literacy organization working directly with pediatric care providers to share the lifelong benefits that result from families reading aloud to their children every day. ROR programs integrate these experiences into pediatric care and providing the tools and encouragement families need to read aloud together.
